I am an AI researcher based in California. My current work examines how workflow data can help us understand and improve language models, from routine tasks to high-stakes decisions. I focus on building adaptable, reliable systems for messy real-world business environments.

I am also the co-founder and general partner at MAGIC Fund, an early-stage venture fund that has invested in Triumph Arcade, Retool, Bolt, and more than 250 companies across 40 countries.

I previously worked at Discord and Roblox. Working inside two of the largest consumer startups of the last decade shaped how I think about the workflows behind the products people use every day.

My background is in Supply Chain Management and Computer Information Systems at Arizona State University. It was during this time, that I learned from one how physical goods flow through systems; the other, how information does.
